Terms and conditions
1. Scope of Services
Czech Visa Help provides administrative assistance in obtaining the necessary documents and meeting requirements for visa and residence permit applications in accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of Interior of the Czech Republic and Immigration Law No. 326/1999 Coll. However, we do not guarantee the approval of any visa application.
Czech Visa Help is not liable for applications that are denied due to forged, altered, or tampered documents provided by the client. In cases where a visa is denied due to an error on the part of Czech Visa Help, the client may choose one of the following remedies:
- A refund of service charges.
- Assistance with the appeal process.
- Free assistance with re-application.
Czech Visa Help strictly adheres to legal and ethical standards and will not engage in any fraudulent or deceptive practices to secure a visa. We will provide assistance throughout the process until the visa has been obtained and authenticated.
2. Client Rights and Responsibilities
The client acknowledges and agrees to the following:
- To provide original or verified copies of all required documents, including birth certificates, marriage certificates, criminal background checks, work contracts, and termination letters, among others.
- To comply with Schengen Zone regulations, including not overstaying beyond the permitted 90-day tourist visa period. Overstaying may result in fines, deportation, or a ban from the Schengen Zone.
- To maintain full cooperation and timely communication with Czech Visa Help. Failure to respond to requests for information may negatively impact the effectiveness of the service provided.
3. Czech Visa Help Rights and Responsibilities
- Czech Visa Help reserves the right to refuse service without providing a specific reason.
- Czech Visa Help commits to delivering services to the best of its ability, given sufficient time, cooperation, and communication from the client.
- Czech Visa Help will inform the client of the full visa/residence permit application process and associated costs before initiating services.
- Czech Visa Help will schedule the client's consulate/embassy interview appointment. However, we are not responsible for any issues arising from government-imposed restrictions, such as appointment quotas and capacity limits.
- Czech Visa Help does not take responsibility for any actions of any third parties (such as termination of work contract, termination of job offers, family reasons of any kind etc.) that may lead to unsuccessful performance of the services
- Czech Visa Help prefers written communication for record-keeping purposes.
4. Cancellation Fees
All fees are agreed upon by both parties (Client and Czech Visa Help) before the commencement of services. The following cancellation fees apply (mainly in case of services related to a Czech visa or residence permit application):
- 50% of the full service fee if the client cancels before the application date.
- 75% of the full service fee if the client cancels after the application date but before a decision on the visa application is made.
- 100% of the full service fee if the client cancels after a decision on the visa application has been issued.
By engaging Czech Visa Help's services, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.
