Czech Visa Help does not guarantee the acquisition of the aforementioned visa nor do we hold any accountability in regards to documents that have been forged, altered, or otherwise tampered with. We provide administrative assistance in obtaining requirements and documents for the given visa/residence permit application process as per the regulations of the Ministry of Interior of the Czech Republic and Immigration law co. 326/1999 Coll. Should your Visa be denied due to error on behalf of Czech Visa Help we will refund the charges OR assist in your appeal process OR provide assistance service with the re-application free of charge. Czech Visa Help cannot and will not engage in any felonious or deceptive practices for the purpose of obtaining a Visa. Czech Visa Help will provide assistance with all necessary tasks until your Visa has been acquired and authenticated. 

Clients rights and responsibilities:

Client understands that they must provide their documents, such as birth certificates, marriage certificates, criminal background checks, work contracts, termination letters, etc. in originals or verified copies in order for Czech Visa Help to perform assistance services.

Client fully understands that it is not allowed to remain in the Schengen zone after their 90 day tourist visa but before the visa is approved. Overstaying in the Schengen Zone for more than 90 days may be subject to fines, deportation, and a possible ban from the Schengen zone.

Czech Visa Help rights and responsibilities:

Czech Visa Help reserves a right to refuse providing services without specifying the reason.

Czech Visa Help promises to provide the services in the best quality to our ability, given the proper time options, cooperation and communication.

Czech Visa Help will provide the client with full information of the process and costs of the given visa/residence permit application process.

To set the client's interview appointment at a consulate/embassy of the Czech Republic. Any obstructions in completing this task as per regulations by the Czech Government (such as quotas, etc.) are not responsibility of Czech Visa Help.
